Micromilspec is celebrating its sixth anniversary with style by launching three vibrant new versions of their popular Dualtimer model. But don’t expect an “anniversary edition” or any flashy limited releases. These new watches are all about balance and color – embodying the brand’s fiercely independent spirit.
Available in Perfect Blue, Perfect Green, and Perfect Sand, each of these colorful Dualtimers is limited to a modest production of 25 pieces per year and starts at a cool €1,670. The brand has pledged five years to crafting custom professional watches, dipping its toes into civilian watches just last year. Out of the 40 bespoke pieces created for specialist units, a whopping 38 sported black dials. Clearly, it was time for a splash of color, and these three lively hues do just that while ensuring the brand’s famed functionality remains intact!
Micromilspec’s founder and CEO, Henrik Rye, decided against the traditional five-year mark edition and instead opted to celebrate year six with a fresh burst of color. Why now? Well, it’s all about staying unique and adding a touch of humor to doing things differently. The Pilot Collection, launched last year, swiftly became a bestseller, and these bold new colors are the brand’s way of marking that success.
Underneath the eye-catching dial, the Dualtimer remains a reliable workhorse, powered by the SW330-2 automatic movement, offering dual time zone functionality. Perfectly legible in all lighting conditions, thanks to the Super-LumiNova X1 tones on the dial, hour, minute hands, and GMT hand. Featuring a choice of stainless steel, rubber, or leather straps, these watches can effortlessly adapt from the cockpit to the office and beyond.
